In this video, I’ll show you how to make Aloo Tikki with less oil and healthy spices. We’ll discuss the benefits of potatoes and how using the right spices can make it even more nutritious.
Aloo Tikki isn’t just a tasty snack; it also contains fiber, vitamins, and minerals. When made correctly, it can help improve digestion and provide energy.
Ingredients:
1 Onion (chopped)
½ Green Capsicum (chopped)
½ cup Carrot & French Beans (chopped)
½ cup Green Peas (boiled)
2 Bread Slices
Water (as required)
2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Raw Mango Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
1 tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Oil (for greasing)
1½ tbsp Gram Flour
Water (as required)
Breadcrumbs (as required)
Oil (for deep frying)
Chilled Curd (as required)
Dates & Tamarind Chutney (for garnishing)
Coriander & Mint Chutney (for garnishing)
Cumin Seeds Powder (for garnishing)
Salt (as per taste)
Red Chilli Powder (for garnishing)
Sev (for garnishing)
