Ingredients:-
2-3 tbsp. Oil
10-15 Curry Leaves
3-4 Green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp. Split Bengal gram
50 gms. Groundnuts
25 gms. Dry coconut, sliced
25 gms. Cashewnuts
25 gms. Raisins
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Powdered sugar (optional)
200 gms. Cornflakes

Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add curry leaves, green chillies, split Bengal gram and saute until the gram changes colour.
2. Add groundnuts, dry coconut and fry until the coconut changes colour.
3. Now add cashews, raisins, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, powdered sugar and stir well.
4. Finally, add the cornflakes and mix thoroughly.

Diwali Special Namkeen Cornflakes Chivda is ready to eat!!
