1 – Drumstick(cut into 2 inch pieces)
¼ cup – French Beans(chopped)
8-10 – Broad Beans(chopped)
¼ cup – Carrot(cut into batons)
¼ cup – Pumpkin (cut into batons)
¼ cup – Brinjal(cut into batons)
¼ cup – Raw Banana(cut into batons)
1 – Potato (cut into batons)
1 cup – Fresh Coconut(chopped)
2 tbsp – Coconut Oil
1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp – Asafoetida
10-15 – Curry Leaves
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Water(as required)
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
3 – Green Chillies
Water (as required)
3 tbsp – Curd(beaten)
