Ingredients:
2 Potatoes, boiled
4-5 Bananas, steamed
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Amchur powder
Coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Kuttu Ka Atta/Buckwheat flour
1/2 cup Semolina (suji)
Method of preparation:
Cut and steam the raw bananas in a cooker and then peel and mash them.
Mash boiled potatoes in it, add grated ginger, green chillies, black pepper, salt, amchur powder and mix well.
Add kuttu ka atta, mix well, make small kebabs and coat them with semolina.
Now heat oil in a pan, add the kebabs and shallow fry it till they turn golden brown on both sides.
Take it out on a kitchen paper and our Kache Kele Ke Kebabs are ready.
