Ingredients:-
Oil
1 tsp. Cumin
1½ Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Ginger paste
4 tomatoes, pureed
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
2 Potatoes, diced
Coriander leaves, chopped
Water
Coriander powder

Method:-
1. In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and fry until pink.
2. Then add ginger paste, pureed tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook.
3. Now add potatoes, coriander leaves, water and cover with a lid.
4. Once the potatoes have cooked, add the capsicum and cover for 4-5 minutes and cook.
5. Add coriander powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
