Ingredients;
(Serves 4)
– 1 cup Split Black Gram(soaked)
– 1 Bay Leaf
– Salt
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 8-10 Garlic Cloves
– 2-5 cups Water

Ingredients for Tempering:
– Ginger(julienne)
– 1 Onion(sliced)
– 3 tsp Ghee & 1 tsp Oil
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 Green Chillies(slit)
– 1 Tomato(chopped)
– Water
– Salt
– 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
