Pavakkai vathal pulikulambhu : Ingredients : Oil, Mustard seeds, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, Garlic, curry leaves, Pavakkai vathal, Tamarind extract, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt.
Shahi paneer : Ingredients : Oil, whole garam masala, Jeera seeds, onion, green chilly, cashew nuts, water, oil, ghee, curd, garam masala powder, cream, salt, paneer, Dried fenugreek leaves or coriander leaves.
