It’s time to celebrate this festival season with this special Nuts Mixture . Usually this mixture we buy it from our local mithai shop.But it is very easy to make at home.
Here is the Ingredients list
For Omapodi
Gram flour(kadala maavu) – 1cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Chilli powder
Salt
Asafoetida
Water
Oil for frying
Nuts
Channa(white) – 1/2cup soaked for 12 hours
Green peas -1/2 cup soaked for 12 hours
Channa dhal (kadala paruppu)-1/2 cup Soaked for 5hours
Green gram(Paasi payaru) – 1/2 cup soaked for 5 hours
Peanuts-1/4 cup
Cashews-2tablespoon
Curry leaves
Oil for frying
Chilli powder
Salt
Asafoetida
