Pudhina is new to me, in Tea. I will try it. We can grate ginger straightly into the boiling tea. When I bought tea leaves and transfer into the jar, that time itself, I grind some Elaichi in a mixer jar and put it. It will be easier. Thanks Amma for your Masala tea.
