I am going to share what I eat in a day during this lockdown period. To keep my diet intact. We have to ensure we are balancing our diet with numerous amount of protein and vitamins and lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. My breakfast is very simple dosai with any chutney or idly podi. And my lunch consists of chapathi with dal, and vegetable and some raitha . And my dinner is mostly sundal or leftovers from lunch.
Dal : Ingredients : Masoor dal-1 tablespoon, Moong dal-2 tablespoon, Tuvar dal-3 tablespoon, Water, turmeric powder, Oil, jeera seeds,Asafoetida, onion, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, tomato, chilli powder, jeera powder, salt.
Kathrikai poriyal : Ingredients : Oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera seeds, onion, garlic, brinjal, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, salt, Cooked dal, grated coconut .
Gooseberry raitha : Gooseberry, carrot, oil, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, Curd, salt.
