Tips to follow…
1.Use a heavy bottom pan
2.Do not stop stirring or else it will stick
3.Spread the vadagam in a sheet once the mixture cools down
4.Do not spread very thin or thick…Just the right size
5.Allow it to dry completely…for 2 days
6.Fry in medium hot oil
