Good Morning Sheetal.. I tried ur tips and Yes got nice crispy tasty dosai! I usually pour oil or ghee the moment i spread the batter.. i think letting it cook for a while really helps. Thanks! 🙂
Very good tips. Thank you so much. My tip to you is to use the small bowl (kinnam) with flat bottom to spread batter. That's what I do. keep up the good work!
hi pls tell how to train dosa kal? urs is Iron or in tholium? currently I have nonstick. ..it comes well, but not good for health.
