Hello everyone….Today I am doing a meal prep and I am sure you all will enjoy it. There is a masala paste which you can use it for so many curries. And we are making a kulambhu masal podi which can used for many sabji and curries too. And we are making a vegetable masala too which can used in masala dosai, sandwich, paratta too. Do try these at home and enjoy making them.
Masala paste : Ingredients : Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, cashew, Dry red chilly….Grind this into a fine paste. Oil, Paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt.
Vegetable masala : Ingredients : Oil, jeera, Onion,Ginger, Beans, carrot, peas, corn, Cauliflower, tomato, Turmeric powder, kulambhu podi, garam masala, salt, boiled potato, coriander leaves, lemon juice.
Kulambhu masal podi : Ingredients: Oil, dry red chilly-4-5, Coriander seeds- 1.5tablespoon, Jeera seeds-1.5 tablespoon , Pepper corns-1teaspoon, whole garam masala, Saunf-1teaspoon, Curry leaves.
