can we use chilly and cumin coriander pdr instead of roasting it
whilr frying the onians and tomato u can use big pan na aunty..y so kanjathanam ?? u cook well but always using small vessel and u make us feel uncomfortable..lolz

I made this Madurai chalna for the first time,to my guest ,it was medium spicy,they liked it I could not save it for my sister in law who likes to eat the curries I make.I want increase the spice level how to do ?
I prepared chicken salana for the first time ,tomorrow guests are coming ,I don't know what will be the comment,let me see,I let u know!
In this recipe u add ginger garlic ,cinnamon ,fennel,cloves ,cardamom crushed into powder that is what removes the chicken smell ,in India chicken does have too much of chicken Smell ,in United States the chicken does need extra flavor otherwise once somebody prepared chicken without the spices,no body had that in a party,because it smelled badly.

I made tis for chicken briyani as you teach before personally I like both that combination I prepare Chalna little thicker consistency so it's very tasty. Thanks for my dream recipe I from tuty on there parotta Chalna are very famous. Now I settled in Chennai I miss tht parotta chalna now I made it and enjoyed that recipe
