  • In this recipe u add ginger garlic ,cinnamon ,fennel,cloves ,cardamom crushed into powder that is what removes the chicken smell ,in India chicken does have too much of chicken Smell ,in United States the chicken does need extra flavor otherwise once somebody prepared chicken without the spices,no body had that in a party,because it smelled badly.

I made tis for chicken briyani as you teach before personally I like both that combination I prepare Chalna little thicker consistency so it's very tasty. Thanks for my dream recipe I from tuty on there parotta Chalna are very famous. Now I settled in Chennai I miss tht parotta chalna now I made it and enjoyed that recipe
