Chakkarai Pongal Ingredients: Raw rice-1cup, Vellam – 3/4 cup, Water+milk-5cups, Cardamom, Ghee, Cashewnuts, Raisins.
VenPongal Ingredients : Varagu arisi, Water+milk-5cups, Salt, Ghee, Cashews, Pepper corn, Jeera seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric powder.
Vadai Ingredients: Urad dhal, salt, green chilly, asafoetida, curry leaves, jeera seeds, oil for frying.
