1: Tomato thokku
Oil, Mustard seeds, Garlic, Onion, Curry leaves, Tomato, Turmeric powder, Kulambhu podi, Salt
2:Vegetable fried rice
Oil, Garlic, Onion, Chopped vegetables, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Chilli sauce, Salt , Pepper, Cooked rice.
3:Kothamalli Thokku
Oil, Urad dhal, Dry red chilli, Garlic, Coriander leaves, Tamarind, Salt
4:Channa masala:
Channa, water, salt, Cloves cardamom, anasipoo, cinnamon stick, aniseeds, Onion paste , tomato paste, Oil, Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, turmeric powder, Chole masala, water.
5: Channa pulav:
Channa water, salt, Green chilly, coriander leaves, Mint, Oil, ghee, Whole garam masala, Onion, ginger garlic paste, Garam masala powder, salt, Rice Water
6: Tomato thokku 2
Oil, whole garam masala, garlic, Tomato puree, Turmeric powder, chilly powder, Garam masala powder, Salt, Mint, coriander leaves.
