Today it is a challenge day for me…I am using only onion and tomato as a main ingredient and I am cooking up a feast for my family.
Poori, Channa masala, Channa biriyani, Soya kebab, raita.
Dry masala powder ; Ingredients : Cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, saunf…..Powder this and keep it ready.
Channa masala : Ingredients : Oil, Jeera seeds, Onion, ginger garlic paste, Tomato puree, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt, Cooked channa, coriander leaves, Dry masala powder.
Channa pulav : Ingredients : Oil, ghee, cloves, cinnamon stick, onion, green chilly+garlic+ginger+mint leaves+coriander leaves paste, Cooked channa, dry masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, rice, water.
Soya kebab : Ingredients : Soya granules, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly, saunf, salt, turmeric powder , dry masala powder, gram flour, oil for frying.
