Today we are making Seeval, it is also called ribbon pakoda and also Ola pakoda.It is very famous in South Indian snacks stall. And it is made with very basic ingredients .
The ingredients are Gram flour -1 cup, Rice flour – 1 cup, Roasted gram flour – 1.5tablespoon, Asafoetida, Garlic paste, chilli powder, Salt, Hot oil for mixing, Water, Oil for frying.
