Nice recipes. I make cheela too. I substitute 1/3rd of the quantity of besan with jackfruit flour. It makes the recipe healthy. And you can add ajwain to it. And if you make it thin with onion alone it can be used as omelet for bread omelet. Great for vegetarians like me. Great job!
