In our house PONGAL LUNCH ROUTINE we always make KADAMBA SAMBHAR AND AVIAL .
KADAMBA SAMBHAR is made with lot of vegetables . And it is very famous in the southern side of Tamilnadu. Please enjoy our PONGAL LUNCH ROUTINE and do share it with your friend and family.
Kadamba sambhar Ingredients
Dhal, Tamarind, Water, Lots of vegetables , Salt , Oil ,Mustard seeds, Urad dhal, Venthayam, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves.
For Masala: Dry red chilly, Coriander seeds, Jeera seeds, Kadala paruppu, Tuvar dhal, Peppercorns, Raw rice, curry leaves, Coconut.
Avial: Lots of Vegetables , Grated coconut, jeera seeds, Green chilly.Salt, Oil, Turmeric powder.
