  • Hi sister..! Just a small suggestion. You r eating a lot of carbs in ur diet. You cannot loose much weight on oil free diet and you will constant hunger pranks and cravings. On Keto or LCHF diet you can loose weight quickly and it has lots of health beneficiaries. Also try making keto recipes on your channel.
