Monday: Boiled channa masala Sundal: Cooked white channa, Oil jeera seeds, Small onion, green chilly, curry leaves, Tomato, Turmeric powder ,Chilli powder, Jeera powder, Salt, Capsicum and coriander leaves.
Tuesday: Instant Adai dosai: Kadala paruppu-2tablespoon, Tuvar dhal-2tablespoon, Moong dhal-2tablespoon, Masoor dhal-1tablespoon, Samai(little millet) – 1tablespoon, Water, Garlic, Dry red chilly, Salt, Asafoetida, Onion, curry leaves, Carrot, Oil
Wednesday: NO OIL BOILED EGG SANDWICH : Boiled egg, Brown bread, Green chutney, Onion, tomato, Capsicum, Salt and pepper.
Thursday: CUT FRUITS
Friday: BROKEN WHEAT KHICHIDI: Ghee, mustard seeds, urad dhal, Onion, green chilly, curry leaves, carrot, peas, beans, Broken wheat-1/4cup, moong dal-1tablespoon, Water-5cups, Salt, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, Jeera powder, Coriander leaves.
