Bread Slices (white or brown) – 4
Suji or Semolina – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tsp
Sweet Corn – 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp (Rock Salt)
Cooking Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
For Garnishing some tomato pieces, capsicum pieces and sweet corn
