In this recipe I have used Oats. By mistakenly I have explained as Poha/Flattened Rice instead of Oats. Please note it.

For Batter:
Oats – 1/2 cup
Suji – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
For Stuffing:
Grated Carrot – 3 ot 3/4 cup
Capsicum (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cabbage(chopped) – 1 tbsp
Onion(chopped) – 1/2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2/2 tsp
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Cumin Seeds – 2/2 tsp
Gar Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Grated Cashew Nuts – 4 to 5
Grated Pistachios – 4 to 5
