Ingredients for dough preparation:

Wheat Flour – 100 gms
Rock salt as needed.
Water
Oil – 1 tsp

Ingredients for Stuffing:

Grated Cabbage – 100 gms
Grated Carrot – 1
Rock salt as needed
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic Cloves – 4
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped Onion – 1 medium size
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chopped Green chilli – 2
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
