Green Chillis – 2
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Cumun Seeds – 1 tsp
Garlic – 10 cloves
Onion – 1 medium size cut into small pieces
Oil – 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
