Ingredients For Red Chutney:

Large Onions (chopped) – 2
Garlic Cloves (chopped) – 10
Red Chillis – 10
Coconut (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Fried Gram Dal – 3 tbsp
Tamarind Pulp ( lemon size tamarind)
Salt as needed

For Seasoning:

Gram Dal – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 5 or 6
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
