Soaked Whole Green Gram – 1 cup (250 gms)
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chillis – 2
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Chopped Curry Leaves – 1 tsp
Chopped Onions – 3 medium size
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Water – 3 cups
Rock Salt as needed.
