For Wheat (Godhuma) Rava Upma:
Wheat Rava – 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) – 2 medium size
Green Chillis (chopped) – 3
Potato (chopped) – 1 medium size
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Onions (chopped) – 2 medium size
Curry Leaves – 2 strands
Water – 13/4 cup
Ground Nut – 2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Salt as needed
For Coconut Chutney:
Half small coconut (chopped)
Ginger (chopped) – 1 inch
Green Chillis (chopped) – 2
Garlic Clove – 1
Salt as needed
Roasted Bengal Gram – 1/2 cup
Tamarind – small quantity
Water
For Tempering:
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
For Ridge Gourd (Beerakaya) Juice:
Ridge Gourd – 4 inch piece
Bottle Gourd – 4 inch piece
Tomato – 1
Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp
Basil Leaves – 5 to 6
Rock Salt as needed
