Thick Milk – 1 lit
White Bread slices – 4
Almonds(chopped) – 8 to 10
Cashew Nuts 9Chopped) – 10 to 12
Pistachios(chopped) – 15
Sugar – 50 gms
Few saffron strands

Badusha Recipe:
Maida – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil for deep fry

Jaggery Urad Dal Laddu Recipe:
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Grated Jaggery – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup

Wheat Flour Sweet:
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Boiled & cooled Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 to 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil for deep fry

Instant Doodh Peda:
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Milk(boiled) – 1/2 cup
Milk Powder – 11/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

Jangri Recipe:
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Orange Food Colour – 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Cooking Oil for deep fry
