Salt to taste or 1.25 tsp

Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Paneer Butter Masala:
Paneer Cubes – 200 gms
Poppy Seeds – 2 5 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 7 to 8
Green Chillies(chopped) – 2
Onions(chopped) – 2 medium size

Garlic Cloves – 5 to 6
Tomatoes(chopped) – 5 medium size
Grated Coconut – 1.5 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste or 4 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tsp
