Red Chilli(cut) – 1
Green Chilli(slitted) – 1
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Onions(chopped) – 1 big size
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes(chopped) – 2 medium size
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder-3/4tsp
Brinjal(chopped)-1/4kg
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped)-1tsp
2) Plantain Fry
Plantain-2 small
Cooking Oil-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Cooking oil-2 to 3 tbsp
Onion(sliced)-1 Big
Lady’s finger-1/4kg
