స్ట్రీట్ స్టైల్ పానీ పూరి ఫుల్ ప్రాసెస్ ఇలా తయారు చేసి చూడండి/Street Style Pani puri/Golgappa

Ingredients:
Puri:
Suji – 1/2 cup
Maida(All purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup

Masala:
Boiled & Peeled Potatoed – 3
Boiled Chana – 1/4 cup
Onion(chopped) – 1 small Size
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tsp

Sweet Chutney:
Tamarind – 50 gms or 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin POwder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder or Chat Masala – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp

Pani –
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Green Chilli(chopped) – 1
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Water – 2 cups
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil for deep fry
