Fresh Green Peas – 25 gms
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Cashew Nuts – 6
Fresh coconut(chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli(slitted) – 1
Poppy Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder o 11/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 11/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cloves – 3
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Bay Leaves – 2
