Grated Carrot – 1 small size
Finely chopped Capsicum – 1/2
Boiled, Peeled & Mashed Potatoes – 2
Finely Chopped Onion – 1 medium size
Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli(chopped) – 1
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes or Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
