మసాలా దోశని ఇలా రెండు రకాలగా చేసుకోండి చాలా బాగుంటుంది/ Masala Dosa (2 Types) Recipe

Ingredients:
Dosa Batter – 1 bowl
Boiled Potatoes (peeled) – 2
Onions(chopped) – 2 medium
Tomatoes(chopped) – 1 medium
Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Gram Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves (chopped) – 1 sprig
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/2 tsp
Boiled Green Peas – 1/4 cup
Cooking Oil – 4, 5 tbsp
