Ingredients:
Poha – 1 cup(thick or thin)
Oats – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
Finely Chopped Carrot – 1/2
Finely Chopped Tomato – 1 small
Finely Chopped Onion – 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
Red Chilli Flakes or Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Cooking oil for shallow fry
