Ingredients:
Suji – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup

For Stuffing:
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 TSP
Cumin Seeds – 1 TSP
Onion(chopped) – 1 medium size
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 TSP
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Boiled & peeled potatoes – 3
Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp

For Tempering:
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 3 to 4 tbsp
