Ground Nuts or Pea Nuts – 1 cup
White Sesame Seeds – 1/2 cup
Poha or Flattened Rice (thick or thin) – 1/2 cup
Roasted Chana Dal – 1/2 cup
Jaggery (crushed or grated) – 1.25 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Urad Dal Laddus:
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Grated Jaggery – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Nuts Laddu:
Dates – 1 cup
Cashew Nuts(chopped) – 1/4 cup
Almonds(chopped) – 1/4 cup
Pistachios (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 1)2 tsp
Peanut Laddu;
Peanut or Ground Nuts -1 cup
Grated Jaggery – 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
