Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
Cooking oil for fry

For Stuffing:
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 1
Ginger(grated) – 1 inch
Onion(chopped) – 1
Carrots(grated) – 2
Cabbage(grated) – 1/2 cup
Capsicum(chopped) – 1 small
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
Green Peas(boiled) – 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp
