Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs – 4
Roughly blended Tomatoes (chopped) – 2
Onions(chopped) – 2
Gram Flour – 3 tsp or Cashew Nut Powder – 10
Green Chillies (chopped) – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil – 5 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Cloves – 3 Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Dry Masalas:
Cumin Powder – 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste or 11/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
