Cloves – 3
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 inch
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 inch
Curry Leaves – 1sprig
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (optional) – 1tsp
