Gram Flour – 1 cup(120gms)
Green Chilli (chopped)- 1
Suji – 1 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1/2 inch
Salt to taste or 3 /4 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2/8 tsp
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
2Water – 3/4 cup

For Tempering:
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1 pinch
Green Chillies (slitted) – 2 to 3
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Water -1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
