Roasted Gram Dal – 50 gms or 3/4 cup
Moong Dal – 25 gms or 1/4 cup
Oil for deep fry
Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Cooking Soda – 1 pinch
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Water
