Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal – 1/2 tsp

Green Chillies(slitted) – 2
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Grated Carrot – 1 cup
Garam Masala Powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
