Fruit Mix of your choice (Cherries, Black Grapes, Dates, Figs, Apricots, Plums, Strawberries, Cranberries, Blackberries, Raspberries and Tutti Fruti)
Dry Nuts Mix of your choice (Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew Nuts)
Brandy/Sherry/Rum/Whiskey/Orange Juice/Grape Juice – 180 ml
Orange zest
Lemon zest

Dry Ingredients For Batter:
Maida (All Purpose Flour) – 2 cups or 240 gms
Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – ½ Tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1 Tsp
Nutmeg Powder – 1 Tsp

Wet Ingredients for Batter:
Butter – 250 gms
Soft Light/Dark Brown Sugar – 1 cup or 200 gms
Eggs (at room temperature) – 4
Lemon Juice – 1
Orange Juice – ¼ Cup
9 inch Cake Tin
