Boneless chicken, cut into small thin strips – 500 gm

For marination:

• Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• Schezwan sauce/chutney – 2 tsp
• Corn Flour/Corn Starch – 2 Tbsp
• Maida/All Purpose Flour – 2 Tbsp
• Rice Flour – 1 Tbsp
• Egg – 1

For the gravy:

• Onion cut into cubes – 1 small
• Red capsicum cut into cubes – 1 small
• Yellow capsicum cut into cubes – 1 small
• Finely chopped garlic – 10 to 12 cloves
• Finely chopped ginger – 1 inch
• Spring onion chopped – 4 Tbsp
• Tomato ketchup – 3 Tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
• Red Chili Sauce – 1 Tbsp
• Schezwan sauce/chutney – 2 tsp
• Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Corn Flour/Corn Starch – 1 Tbsp
