• Potol/Parwal/Pointed Gourd – 300 Grams
• Prawn/Shrimp – Small Sized, 100 Grams
• Onion Finely Sliced – 1 Medium Sized
• Ginger – 1 Inch (8 Grams)
• Garlic – 10 To 12 Cloves (10 Grams)
• Coconut – 40 Grams
• Green Chilies – 2 To 3 (Depending On Taste)
• Coriander Powder – ¼ Tsp
• Cumin Powder – ¼ Tsp
• Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder – ¼ Tsp
• Mustard Oil, Salt, Sugar Use According To Taste

FOR THE GRAVY:
• Onion Paste – 2 Medium Sized
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Table Spoon
• Tomato Paste – 1 Large Sized
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
• Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder – ¼ Tsp
• Green Chilies – For Flavour
• Salt, Sugar, Ghee Use According To Taste

FOR TEMPERING THE OIL (ফোরণের জন্য)
• Cinnamon Stick – 1 Inch
• Green Cardamom – 3 To 4

• Bay Leaves – 1
