• Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
• Salt To Taste
• Oil To Fry

FOR THE GRAVY:

• Ginger – 2 Inch (16 Grams)
• Green Chilies – 5 To 6 Depending On Taste
• Cashew Nuts – 25 Grams
• Coriander Powder – 2 Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
• Fresh Cream – 1 Cup (250 Ml)
• Green Cardamom – 4 To 5 Pc
• Cinnamon Stick – 1 ½ Inch
• Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
