INGREDIENTS:
• Potato – 700 grams
• Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder – ¼ teaspoon
• Cumin seeds – 1 Tablespoon
• Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
• Green cardamom – 4 pc
• Ginger – 1 ½ inch size
• Green chillies – 3 to 4 pc
• For Tempering Oil (Green cardamom 4 pc, Cinnamon stick 2 inch sized, Bay Leaves 2 nos, Dry Red Chillies 2 nos.)
• Mustard Oil – ½ cup (125 ml)
• Salt to taste
• Ghee
